About Driftless Veterinary Services

Dr. Dan Breuer grew up in Southwestern Wisconsin as the son of a beef and hog farmer. His background on the farm led him to pursuing his DVM degree from Iowa State University.

After graduating, Dan had the opportunity to work in a great mixed animal practice, gaining experience treating a wide variety of species. The majority of work there was dedicated to farms and stables of all sizes, managing cases and herd health visits involving cattle and horses, as well as goats, sheep, and pigs.

In 2019, Dr. Dan moved to Idaho, and met his fiancé, Sheridan. They live in the Treasure Valley with their bird dog, a Small Munsterlander named ‘Nix’.
